Keane is really status quo. Still no signs of pulmonary hypertension, which means that he can wean off of his Viagra over the next three weeks (whoo hoo!). However, there is between a 5% and 95% chance that he will need a mitral valve replacement in the future, at some point. He has moderate mitral valve stenosis. It will be nice to medicine-free, none-the-less!
